退款政策

Return Policy：

 

For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged our store product and receive refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike/escooter must have less than five (5) miles on the odometer,  it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be given if returned not in the original box.【Returns require undamaged original packaging with all accessories, and photos for customer service approval.】

 

Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.

Main components 6-month warranty for quality-related issues.

 

For 6 months after the date of purchase,we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT. Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

 

Important Notice:

For non-quality returns, the buyer covers return shipping, original shipping fees, and packaging replacement costs.

 

Limitations

Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from our store. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly. If returning an item, please ship it back within 15 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return. To start a return, you can contact us at 【jenniejin77@gmail.com】. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
